Here is an easy 7 Minute Qigong practice that you can use daily to invigorate and wake up your body and mind, while reducing stress, tension and anxiety!

Not Enough Time to Practice Qigong?

It’s great if you have 45 minutes or longer to practice Qigong and really get your energy moving smoothly and strongly. However, most of us are busy, over scheduled, and overloaded. There’s not enough time in the day!

There are many types of stress. “Time stress,” when we feel as if we just don’t have enough hours in the day, is one of the most common stressors these days.

This is a really efficient Qigong routine that will help you get grounded into your body, connect with your breath, oxygenate your system, and move stagnant qi in just 7 minutes.

Of course, longer routines will have a stronger and deeper effect BUT it’s more beneficial if we practice shorter routines more frequently, compared to practicing longer, more complicated routines less frequently.

This is a great routine to practice as soon as you wake up, if you have been sitting for a long period of time, or you are having a mid afternoon slump. Before reaching for the coffee, sugar, or other stimulants, try this Qigong routine.Qigong routine

These short routines are also a daily reminder to just stop, be Present, and be healthy.

Sometimes we just need a little time and attention for ourselves 🙂

Give this routine a try and let me know what you think!

If you are looking for longer, more specific routines, come visit the Communi Qi

We have several quick practices in the Short Section (including the very popular Flourish Routine) and plenty of short practices in the 30 Days of Qigong.

I am sure you’ll find something helpful!
