Thank you for attending our session on Qigong and Mindfulness!

I hope you enjoyed our brief conversation and short Qigong practice! Did you notice the surprise visit by the deer!

If this is your first time exploring Qigong, congratulations! If you have practiced Qigong, Tai Chi, or other ‘internal martial arts’ you’ll be familiar with its many benefits!

Qigong is an excellent tool to help us practice mindfulness. Meditation, journaling, yoga, therapy, and all spiritual practices work well with Qigong practice. If you are a ‘sensitive person,’ very empathic, or you can easily feel subtle ‘energy’ Qigong can help protect and nourish yourself so you have abundant energy for yourself and others.

I highly encourage adding Qigong practice to your day help you feel calm, centered and Present!

There are many different styles of Qigong, and they are all great! It’s important to find a style that you resonate with, and enjoy doing!
