What’s in the Communi Qi?
The Communi Qi is an online library of Qigong videos that you can access anywhere you have internet connection. I love Qigong in person, but sometimes it is just not possible to make it to classes – so we created the Communi Qi to help you easily access Qigong practices!
A wide variety of Qigong videos
We have plenty of Qigong videos that are not on YouTube. These routines will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized, great for daily practice.
Some routines are for specific conditions that can be used therapeutically to help alleviate symptoms you might be experiencing (such as pain, stress, sleep issues, digestion issues, anxiety etc.).
We have traditional practices (such as the 8 Pieces of Brocade, and 18 Forms) as well as unique practices that are quite effective but not well known (such as the Heart Healing Qigong and the program the 30 Days of Qigong)

We have a warm, welcoming forum where you can connect with like minded people. It is private and secure, so you can ask questions, request topics and videos, and share your ideas.
I, Jeff, also am available to help guide your Qigong practice, and offer suggestions. I can’t give medical advice, but I can definitely offer ideas to help you on your Qigong journey.
