It has become something that is so common, that we don’t even recognize how much negativity there is around us.
While there are real and genuine causes for concern – there is still much good happening in the world!
Occasionally, we need to stop, disconnect from the negativity, and remind ourselves that we can be healthy, happy, and connected with our friends, family, and community.
