Now that you’re a member, you have access to ALL our Qigong routines! Once you have entered the membership site and set your password, it will remember you and you can log in automatically.

How to Practice:

There are many routines to practice. All the videos can be found by clicking “Browse” on the top left of the page.

If You are a Beginner:

I suggest starting with the ‘Beginner Lesson’. Practice the routine everyday for two weeks and as you master the sequence you will notice how it impacts your body.

Practice Tip:
I recommend keeping a journal and taking note of how you feel before you start a routine and then again after 2 weeks of doing it regularly. Things to notice are your general energy throughout the day, your ability to handle stress, your quality of sleep, your balance, pain levels, flexibility and clarity of mind.

Communi-Qi Forum:

Please join us in the member’s forum. Introduce yourself and let us know what your goals are. I’m always happy to hear from members and want to hear from YOU! I want to encourage you, cheer you on and be a part of your journey! Ask me if you have any questions and please comment on any of the routines.
