The ancient Chinese knew about the many benefits of Qigong practice, and now Western science is beginning to measure it as well.
There are many different styles of Qigong practice so it is difficult to know which ONE is the ‘best.’
Truthfully, I don’t think there is ONE superior style because we are all different and have individual needs and wants.
The key to making Qigong practice work is to find what works for you and to be able to practice regularly.
If you take nothing from this style of Qigong I would encourage you to remember that – regular practice will give you the best results 🙂
