We are extremely excited to announce that we now have apps for ios, Android, and Roku to help your Qigong practice be more accessible!

Iphone app

iOs app:  https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id1514505856

Android app:  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.qigongforvitality

Roku Channel: https://channelstore.roku.com/details/590866

What I learned early on was that if we want the benefits from Qigong practice, we need to practice daily. If we are going to practice daily, it needs to be convenient.

This is why we made our very first DVD several years ago. After producing several “runs” of DVD’s we noticed that people were wanting a digital solution so we began creating Youtube videos. I generally try and keep Youtube videos short and concise, but I knew Qigong learners and practitioners wanted more in depth practices. So, we created the Communi Qi.

Recently, people have been telling me that they want to easily watch Qigong practices on their big TV, or be able to download videos so they can watch without being connected to the internet. The way we can accomplish this is through apps.

So, now we have ios, Android, and Roku apps to help this!

How can I watch Qigong videos?

Here are a few ways to watch our videos:

Watch Qigong videos from your computer.

If you have a large monitor and space to practice, you can watch Communi Qi videos straight from your computer. Just sign in and choose your video.

Connect your computer to your TV

You can use an HDMI cable to connect your computer, or laptop to your TV. Your TV acts like a large monitor.

Watch Qigong videos from your phone, iPad, or tablet

You can sign in to the website and watch from the ‘mobile site’ through Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Generally, we recommend Chrome, and it’s helpful to update Chrome regularly.

Chromecast to your TV

A Chromecast is a small device that you purchase to plug into your TV through HDMI. After you set it up, you can ‘stream’ or ‘chromecast’ Qigong videos from your phone, tablet, or computer. This can be done from your web browser.

This takes a little bit of setting up, but ‘chromecasting’ is very convenient for watching Qigong videos, and it has many other uses to help you stay digitally connected to the world.

Use the Apple iOS app

Now you can download our apps, sign in, and watch Communi Qi videos very easily and conveniently. You can mark your favourites, read and leave comments, and download videos to your device so you can watch without being connected to the internet.

This is very convenient if you have slow internet, or you want to take your favourites with you so you can practice anywhere.

Use the Android App

It’s much better to chromecast or airplay through the apps verses through using a mobile browser. From what we have seen, it is much faster and more stable.

Roku

If you have a Roku streaming stick, or a smart TV that has Roku included, you can ‘add the Qigong for Vitality channel’ to your device. You can use your computer web browser and visit this page https://channelstore.roku.com/details/590866 and install the channel. Once you open Roku on your TV you’ll need to sign in using your Communi Qi email address and password and you can start watching!

You can also open Roku on your TV and search for Qigong for Vitality and you should see the channel. Just ‘add channel,’  sign in and begin watching!

Use all the Options

If you are already a Communi Qi member, you can download any/all of the apps, sign in with your credentials and begin practicing! If you are not yet a member, I would suggest signing up through the website first, then downloading the apps.

If you are a Communi Qi member, all of our library is available on the apps and Roku. If you are not yet a member there are only some Qigong videos that are available – namely the Positivi Qi series.

and if you don’t mind…

I would really appreciate it if you could please leave a rating and/or positive review on the App store, Google Play, or Roku channel to help (Hopefully 5 star ?). It helps the Communi Qi grow, so we can continue spreading the message of simple Qigong practice!

I am very excited to finally release the apps, as it marks the next step of the Communi Qi’s journey!
