There are many ways to practice Qigong.  Some methods can be helpful for just your body. It can help your muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints. This traditional method of practicing is very good for the body, it helps keep you young and full of vitality, and slows down the aging process.

You can also practice Qigong in a way that is very helpful for your mind. This can be focusing on meditation, concentration, and contemplation. This is very useful especially when you are practicing Qigong  as part of spiritual practice. I should mention that “ spiritual practice” does not necessarily mean religious practice, it is just a focus on the “ Here and Now.”
