There are many qigong practices – some say there are hundreds, others suggest that there are even thousands. It would take a lifetime, or lifetimes to learn them all! While there is variety in qigong practices there are some underlying principles that are universal through them all. If you understand certain “Principles” then you can apply them to any qigong practice.

In this video I discuss the concept of “Dynamic State of Yin Yang Balance.” As with most “educational/informational” videos that I make, it is a challenge to explain the concept in a short amount of time! If you apply this principle to your existing qigong practice I think you will notice more energy when it’s needed, less stress, and a “deeper” practice.
