Here is a simple Qigong practice that can help you experience and share the feeling of Love and Kindness.

It is called Metta – the practice of Love and Kindness. Bring to mind a loving thought or memory, let it grow, and send it out to the world!

The world is experiencing:

  • tension
  • excessive emotions
  • hurt, anger, depression, anxiety
  • and suffering.

But there is hope! When we can find peacefulness, patience, and kindness within ourselves – it can radiate out into the world.

Perhaps it can help alleviate a little bit of stress and tension, and help others find their own sense of balance?

This practice can help us as individuals find serenity as well as share it with others.
