Why Practice Qigong Meditation?
There is plenty of research these days showing the benefits of:

- positive focus
- and simply relaxing the body and mind
There is also ample evidence showing that many health conditions are either caused by, or made worse by stress, tension, and anxiety. So we need as many different tools to help ourselves.
Qigong and Qigong meditation are excellent tools to help ourselves.
The key is finding practices that are simple, easy to incorporate into a busy schedule, are effective, and that you kind of enjoy!
