In this live video we discussed an important, but overlooked, Qigong concept.
It is called “Quan Shen Fang Song.”
When you are able to apply this idea to Qigong, Tai Chi, meditation, yoga, or overall life – we can notice:
- good energy
- a clear mind
- improved healing
- and an open heart
We will also practice a very easy 5 Breath Technique based on this concept.
The term “Quan Shen Fang Song” can be interpreted as “Whole body is relaxing.”
It is a simple enough idea – but it can be challenging to actually practice.
We know that we should have a relaxed body, but many of us have difficulty actually releasing tension. This is why Qigong is considered a “practice.” We don’t just know the information, we practice it.
Eventually in time, what we practice becomes the new habit.
We also discuss the 5 Breath Practice that can be done for 1 minute or 30 minutes, or as long as you would like. If you have a chance try setting a timer and practice this technique for 5 minutes daily. I am sure you will notice a shift!
