In this live video replay we will practice an easy 15 minute Qigong meditation that will help relax, rest, and calm body, mind, and Spirit.
As with most Qigong routines presented here…it is simple
…so that we can enter into the “Flow State” relatively quickly.

This practice includes:
– mindful breathing
– while gently expanding and contracting the hands
It can be very relaxing and calming. When we feel peaceful, we can truly and deeply rest.
When we rest – we can heal. ?
Healing is the process of ‘restoring full function’ of our body, mind, and spirit.
We actually want to be fully healthy, but sometimes we need some help!

Help can come from our health care practitioners, good diet, exercise, sleep, and “rest.”
