One of the most useful aspects of Qigong practice is that we can enter into a state of “Stillness.”

This is a time when our body, mind, spirit, Shen, and Qi can just stop, unwind and come back to centre.

Most of us are very busy… we have:

  • things to do
  • things we want to do
  • things we ‘should’ do

… but how often do we really allow ourselves to actually stop?

The nice thing is that we can ‘always’ take a moment, take a breath, and practice stillness. If we are able practice for 15 minutes a day our ‘baseline’ of stillness will improve, deepen, and become easier to find 🙂

Qigong for a Calm and Clear Mind – great for gaining mental clarity

Gathering the Qi – wonderful for increasing root energy

We also have Flowing Wholeness in the Communi Qi – which is wonderful for aligning thoughts and actions with our qi

Or you can always explore the 30 Days of Qigong, or the Full Body Flow Series in the Communi Qi which will take you on a journey that will build and move your qi in all areas!

Be well, take a moment for Stillness right now, and let your Qi move smoothly!
