Here is a simple and easy Qigong routine that help relax the neck, shoulders, and upper back!
The Principle of Gentle Movement
In Qigong, we do not force the body to change.
Instead, we gently allow it.
Over time, the body begins to let go of what it no longer needs to hold.
Often, it is not intensity that creates change.
It is consistency.
Even a few minutes of gentle Qigong practiced regularly can help:
- improve circulation
- increase mobility
- calm the nervous system
- support the natural flow of Qi throughout the body
As you move through this practice, see if you can let go of the need to push or strain.
Move slowly.
Breathe naturally.
Allow the movements to feel nourishing to the body, mind, and Shen
