You’ll be guided through flowing arm movements and weight-shifting patterns to support balance, lymph flow, and inner calm.
3. Breathing and Intention
Breathing gently and letting the body follow, we reconnect with a sense of ease and clarity – leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.
4. Closing the Practice
We’ll gather the Qi, enjoy a peaceful moment, and carry the calm into the rest of the day.
