Here is a full Qigong routine to help with stress, anxiety, and energy. This video is a compilation of several full length Qigong videos found at https://qigongforvitality.vhx.tv in the Communi Qi

Qigong is a practice that looks similar to tai chi, but is easier to learn, and more focused on building your health and wellness. There are many styles of Qigong such as:

  • 5 Animal Frolics
  • 8 Pieces of Silk Brocade
  • 5 Element Qigong

…and they are all wonderful! Qigong is about finding a style of gentle movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness that works best for you, depending on what you need.

This particular routine is a compilation of several routines filmed in different locations. We try to put together a variety of Qigong practices so that it’s interesting and engaging!

Far too often we can overcomplicate things. Qigong practice works best when it is simple and regular. Whether you are beginning qigong or you are experienced we still need simple regular practice.

This routine is really helpful for increasing energy and reducing stress. Stress is one of the most common “root causes” of illness and disease in our modern world.

It is great to go on a vacation or a retreat to reduce stress, but it is even better to have a strategy that is practical to use anytime, anywhere we are to help ourselves. This simple routine can be part of your strategy!

This routine can also help improve digestion, increase circulation, reduce pain, promote healing, and boost the immune system.  It can even help lift your mood and put a smile on your face 🙂

Here are a couple other routines that can be used for daily practice:
