It is normal to go through periods of stress. Whether you are currently experiencing stress, anxiety, or tension, or if you may feel it in the future it is good to have strategies to help ourselves find harmony and balance.

If you can follow 1, 2, or all of the ideas, I think you will find yourself connecting with a feeling of harmony and bringing out your inner resilience. All these qualities can be very useful during stressful, anxious, and uncertain times.
