I don’t know if any Olympians (past or present) use Qigong specifically to maximize their performance, I am sure it would be helpful! There are some interesting similarities between Qigong practice and training to be an Olympic level athlete and we will discuss them here!

Even if you are not an Olympic superstar, Qigong practice is certainly helpful for many aspects of health, including:
